Instructor

Ricardo (Rick) Zamora Mesinas is the instructor for these seminars. He is a chemical engineer by training, with a B.Sc. degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City. He also holds a M.Sc., Chem. Eng., from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), and an MBA (Finance) from Yale University. Prior to joining AD Tec, Rick was a senior consultant and project manager for Booz & Company (formerly Booz.Allen & Hamilton), based out of their New York office. While at Booz & Co, Rick served Clients worldwide such as RJR Nabisco, NCR, Alcatel, Kraft, then-Chemical Bank,  KLM and Volkswagen across a variety of functional areas, including mergers and acquisitions, cost restructuring and financial restructuring. He has taught Corporate Finance, International Finance and Corporate Strategy for a variety of leading Mexican universities. He is involved in all financial modeling done by AD Tec for its Clients relating to capital investment in Mexican real estate development projects.
